Delivery areas and minimums

London orders start at two 10kg bags. Deliveries outside London start at 100 bags (one tonne). The website validates the postcode before confirming eligibility.

Choosing a date

You may request a preferred delivery date at checkout. We will contact you to confirm the final slot; please do not treat the requested date as confirmed until you hear from us.

Changing or cancelling

Contact us as soon as possible on +44 7447 032190 if you need to change or cancel an order. If dispatch has already begun, we will explain the available options and any unavoidable delivery cost before proceeding.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Check the bags when they arrive where practical. Tell us as soon as possible if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect so we can investigate and put it right. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
